- Dictation from clients. (Audio files for transcription)
- Client transmits dictation files via the internet.
- ZipIT Secure HIPAA Compliant Server receives dictated files from the client.
- Dictated files are transcribed, edited and proofread by competent ZipIT transcribers.
- Transcribed files are thoroughly checked by the Quality Assurance Department prior to sending back to clients' secure server.
- Transcribed files are downloaded by ZipIT clients via internet from a HIPAA compliant server.
